Cook and eat without feeling guilty. My dishes are cooked in the most healthy way that I can make them. I am trying to reduce the simple carbohydrates, refined sugars, fats and gluten in my recipes. I like eating all kinds of foods and I do not want to feel guilty when I eat tasty food.
