Mini carrot cake



Carrot cake, it is so tasty! I am going to show you a healthy version to make this delicious cake that you can eat the amount you want without feel culpable  and you could enjoy eating it.
These mini cakes can be made in different size you like.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oat flour ( you can grind the oat in the mixer or blender)
1 egg
1  tbsp of coconut oil 
4 tbsp of free fat yogurt
1  tsp baking power
1  grill carrot
5 ml sweetener
3 gr brown sugar
1/2 tsp  vainilla essence
pinch of salt

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour the cake mixture into your mould.
Heat oven to 150º Celsius with fan  and bake for 20 minutes. Cool in the mould until is complete cool.

Cook with me

I love cooking as a hobby, I could spend hours cooking and  making experiments in my kitchen,  even though it is too small. I must be honestly, sometime my dishes are uneatable, but after trying and trying, My food becomes tasty. For this reason,  It crossed my mind why not to share it with the world when my dishes are edible and tasty or super tasty ;). Healthy and tasty are a good combination to eat without feel guilty.

Furthermore, there is another reason to write this blog. I am quite embarrassed to say this, but I need to practice my writing in English. Writing this blog in English version will help me to practice English as  learning and hobby. If you find out some mistake in grammar or spelling; please, forgive me. I write as a child, who just have started in primary school, and she is cheating with the internet :P.
