Mini carrot cake



Carrot cake, it is so tasty! I am going to show you a healthy version to make this delicious cake that you can eat the amount you want without feel culpable  and you could enjoy eating it.
These mini cakes can be made in different size you like.

Ingredients

1/2 cup oat flour ( you can grind the oat in the mixer or blender)
1 egg
1  tbsp of coconut oil 
4 tbsp of free fat yogurt
1  tsp baking power
1  grill carrot
5 ml sweetener
3 gr brown sugar
1/2 tsp  vainilla essence
pinch of salt

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour the cake mixture into your mould.
Heat oven to 150º Celsius with fan  and bake for 20 minutes. Cool in the mould until is complete cool.
